This ruggedly designed low voltage underwater fixture with directional grate is constructed of injection-molded, fiber-reinforced composite for strength and high UV stability and is warranted for ten years against corrosion. A silicone o-ring gasket is fitted to the housing to ensure a water-tight seal. A clear, convex, tempered, shock and heat resistant, soda-lime glass lens safeguards the lamp and optics. Also, an adjustable lamp bracket provides +25 degrees of tilt for precise beam control and locks into place preventing any disruption of lamp position during maintenance. The 5217 is shipped with a standard 20W MR16 lamp, unless otherwise specified.
