For illumination of steps and grade level horizontal lighting, this low voltage step light fixture with shroud is constructed of injection-molded, fiber-reinforced composite for strength and high UV stability and is warranted for ten years against corrosion. A precision CNC-machined solid brass or stainless steel cover plate is fitted with a silicone o-ring gasket to ensure a superior weather-tight seal. A frosted, tempered, shock and heat resistant, soda-lime glass lens protects the lamp from water. The 2148 is shipped with a standard 20W MR16 flood lamp, unless otherwise specified.
